Danco's MissionOur mission is to support our customer needs for precision motor laminations and laminated core assemblies, while maintaining the highest levels of quality and safest working conditions. Company ProfileFounded in 1949, Danco Precision, Inc. is a quality-oriented leader in the manufacture of stamping dies, laminations and assemblies. We also offer these laminations as cores which we bond, rivet, MIG, TIG or Plasma-weld into finished assemblies. Danco’s parts are found in the electrical, aerospace, automotive, computer, medical, and electronics industries. Each year the company invests in new equipment, enhancing its ability to handle the hard jobs, those extremely complex projects requiring forward thinking and finesse. Examples of this can be found throughout the plant. A tour would show you our new EDM capability in the Toolroom, new Minster straight presses and electronic feeds in the Pressroom, new CNC Vision systems in the Quality Assurance Department and new ultra high accuracy electric furnaces in the Annealing Departments. Another way the company invests for the future is our ongoing apprentice training program, which insures a continuing pool of skilled and talented workers. These are craftsmen who understand that the exacting criteria of customer specifications must be taken into account along every step of the way throughout the manufacturing process.
