Size is never a limitation for the Danco Pressroom.

    -We produce laminations from .002”(0.05mm) thin, up to .063”(1.60mm) thick.

    -We produce lamination diameters from .236”(6mm) up to 47.25”(1,200mm).

We stamp custom laminations in many types of magnetic steels and alloys.

  - Silicon - Cobalt-Iron
  - CRS - Copper
  - Nickel-Iron - Specialty Alloys

Copper “End” laminations are available in any commercially produced grade. 

We also produce insulators from Nomex, Mylar, laminated glass stock or any “paper”. 

Many post-stamping operations are available:

  - Stress-Relief Anneal - Deburring

  - Etching - Welding
