CAPABILITIES

Danco Precision, Inc. has a wide range of capabilities specifically suited to the buyer of custom stamped laminations and assemblies. Quantities can range from a few prototypes to production runs of millions of parts. Danco can produce parts up to 48" in diameter and even larger where the material is available. We possess an unsurpassed knowledge of stamping Cold-rolled, Silicon, Nickel, and Cobalt type electrical steels as well as many commercially available non-ferrous metals and most non-metallic insulator materials.

Hydrogen and nitrogen atmosphere annealing furnaces, annually calibrated and certified, provide optimum electrical and magnetic properties to the customers specifications. Special processes (Oxide insulation) and copies of furnace temperature run charts are available upon request.

Danco Precision also specializes in the assembly of laminations into stacks by welding, riveting, or adhesive bonding. And we frequently complete a stacking operation by grinding the I.D. and / or O.D. to very close tolerances.
