TOOLROOM

Danco Precision, Inc. offers a fully equipped toolroom to fill all of your tooling needs.

    Danco currently owns three Mitsubishi Wire EDM machines, all with automatic wire threaders for unattended machining. The smallest is capable of machining a .0030 inside radius in 3.00" thick carbide with a #10 RMA finish. The largest can handle a 2100 pound work piece, with a machining range of 29.40" x 15.75" x 10.20" thick. Our EDM department is also equipped with a CNC EDM drill with 42.00" x 24.00" travels and is rigged for overhead lifting. 

    Our Mitsui Seki bed type machining center, one of the heaviest, and most rigid available, is used for manufacturing die sets, die components, and production machining.  The machine features: .0002 accuracy across total machine travel, Cat 50 tool holders, 30 place tool changer, 30 HP spindle motor.

    Danco uses Moore #1 Jig Grinders, which are annually certified and calibrated to hold .00005" accuracy. With this machine and our Wire EDM machines, Danco can produce just about any shape or design part.
