QUALITY ASSURANCE

The Quality disciplines are highly regarded aspects of production at Danco Precision, Inc. As such, Quality is a continuous and coordinated effort designed to achieve close control over key elements in which a product is conceived, developed and manufactured.  This total quality awareness is the catalyst that assures the continued production of only the finest products. State-of-the-art non-contact and contact CMM’s are utilized throughout the production process. Machine resolutions of .000040” and accuracies of .0001” are typical. Statistical evaluations are available when required. Also available are measurements for stacking factor and magnetic properties such as core loss.                                    

In addition to variable and attribute evaluations, Danco’s quality departments can assure specific bar coding and packaging requirements.  Danco Precision, Inc. meets MIL-I-45208 and ISO-10012-01 for gage calibration.
