  • Ultra-Precision Grinding

The Danco Stacking Department offers laminations as core assemblies.

We can bond, rivet, or weld cores.

We have lapped, ground, milled, drilled, or tapped many of these.

With our skilled technicians and Studer universal grinders, we produce stacks that maintain the tightest geometric tolerances.  We can demonstrate our results with a ZEISS 3D coordinate measuring machine and our Mitutoyo roundness checker that confirms roundness, concentricity, perpendicularity, and cylindricity.

Electrostatically applied epoxy or Parylene insulation coatings are also available.
